Part 1:

There are a lot of dimensions here I will describe some of them first one is Growth, there are two section in this dimension first one is personal and the second material and it's mean you care of personal or material. The second one is Destiny, directed mean when the parson thank about the future don’t know about it and say every thank is in hand of gad ,and the second section is directive and it's contrary of directed mean a person know every thank about his future and he can change it. The third dimension is outlook there are two section first one is tradition it mean when the person application the customs and traditions, the second one is innovation and it's mean creating new habits.

Part 2:

Here we are in my CMI results the first dimension is Growth and my results is in the middle because the growth need the personal and the material because the material can't work without personal also the personal need help from material and I'm agree with it . The second dimension is destiny and I'm more directed than directive and I'm disagree with this result because the person need to be more directive. The third dimension is outlook and there are tradition and innovation and I'm more innovation than tradition and I'm agree with it because need to thank about innovation. 

Part3:

Yes I thank my results will be change in next 5 years, because let us say growth Prospect the material will be better than now and it will no need to personal to work so the material will be more Interest than personal. Destiny prospect will change to the directive more than directed because prospect I will be had a job and my Personal prospect will change and I hope that. Outlook prospect will not change because I like to be more innovation than tradition.
